🎓 Introducing Our AI Business Transformation Program!
We're excited to announce our new AI Business Transformation Program! This comprehensive service helps businesses explore and implement AI effectively through three key phases:
Education: We start by empowering your team with practical knowledge about AI tools already in your tech stack (like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace AI features, and AI capabilities in common CRM/ERP systems), ensuring everyone understands and can maximize the capabilities at their fingertips.
Discovery: Through targeted workshops, we demonstrate AI capabilities and help identify opportunities specific to your business needs and objectives.
Strategy: Finally, we develop a comprehensive AI adoption plan that includes cost-benefit analysis, implementation timelines, and strategic milestones aligned with your business objectives.

💡 AI in Manufacturing: A Real-World Story
Co‑founder Matt Upson recently posted on LinkedIn about a conversation he had while hiking Germany’s Palatinate hills over Easter with an exec from a precision‑manufacturing firm.
His three takeaways for bringing AI into legacy-heavy industries:
Fix knowledge management first: document the expert know‑how that currently lives only in engineers’ heads so AI models have something to work with, but more importantly to reduce the bus factor - AI can help here.
Draw a map: think strategically about where to invest your resources. Techniques such as Wardley Mapping can be useful to see where AI is racing from novelty to commodity.
Target the painful, time‑sucking tasks: work to automate repetitive work (tendering drafts, marketing copy, etc.) augmenting staff, not replacing them. Don’t get lazy and rely 100% on AI. It’s obvious, and it doesn’t go down well.
Bottom line: AI transformation in large organisations comes from lots of small, practical wins that deliver business value, not headline‑grabbing moon‑shots.
